How Z Series Works

NCM’s new Z Series is an annual flat management fee of $1,000 + fund expenses and taxes per fund, per account with a minimum investment of $100,000 and a maximum investment of $1 million.

How are the fees collected?
Each month, NCM’s Z Series will collect one-twelfth of one percent until a total of $1,000 has been reached for the calendar year. Once an investor has paid a total of $1,000 to NCM, no further management fee will be collected in respect to the applicable Z Series account until the start of the next calendar year.

The table below illustrates how the fees are collected for NCM’s Z Series in comparison to a typical F Series investment.
