	As the founder, Chairman, and Chief Investment Officer for Hesperian Capital Management Ltd. Randy brings thirty five years of experience to the firm as a portfolio manager and investment analyst. His experience includes building the western Canadian operations of a national investment company. Randy is very involved in the local community, having served as both a Governor and Board Chair of the Glenbow Alberta Institute and as a Director of the Calgary Foundation.
