	Gary Perron, CFA President of Norrep Inc.
	Seeing an investment opportunity in small capitalization equities-an under-followed segment of capital markets-Gary founded the Norrep Group of Funds in June 1997. The management of the Norrep Group of Funds was contracted out to Hesperian Capital in January 1999. As Chairman of the Advisory Committee, Gary contributes his long and varied experience to the managers of the Funds in the consideration of appropriate investment policies and objectives. As Managing Director and Vice President of BMO Nesbitt Burns, Gary has provided investment advisory services for more than 20 years. He is a CFA charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Gary has served as an independent director of several public companies where he received first-hand experience in value creation in public companies.
